greta lydecker named managing director of chevron upstream europe

Chevron North Sea Limited announced today that Greta Lydecker has been appointed managing director of Chevron Upstream Europe, based in Aberdeen, starting 11 July, 2016. Lydecker succeeds Craig May, who was recently appointed to the role of vice president, Upstream Capability, based in Houston.

Lydecker comes to Aberdeen from Bakersfield, California, where she held the position of vice president of Chevron’s San Joaquin Valley Business Unit. She joined Chevron in 1982 as a Geologist and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in various locations throughout the United States. Lydecker received her B.S in Geology from Allegheny College and M.S. in Geophysics from Boston College.
